How to Help Teens Stress Wellness

Counseling teens in crisis is one of my specialties. The pandemic’s impact on them has been severe. Teens need and crave peer relationships. They have been deprived of that for over a year. I have seen their anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation increase to alarming levels since March, 2020. I have an excellent working relationship with Nationwide Children’s Hospital where I worked on The Youth Crisis Stabilization Unit prior to opening my private practice. I frequently avail myself of their services and expertise in coordination of care for teen clients. If your teen is struggling emotionally and would benefit from outpatient counseling, I would be glad to help.
